Reiki Forgiveness Burning Bowl Ceremony
Are you feeling ready to let go of past memories and events holding you back from achieving your highest vibration? Join us in this celebratory burning ceremony where our Reiki masters guide you to let go of past memories, thoughts, and or feelings that no longer serve us, to allow space for our best self to shine through. During this ceremony we engage in a forgiveness exercise which is proven to improve sleep, release emotions, lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety and depression.

Sound Baths transfer the vibrational energy of the instruments to the vibrational energy of your body and mind, aiding in relaxation and healing. Sound baths are a great way to reset your energy to clear a block or cycle in your life.

Yoga
Tune in, breathe, stretch, and strengthen the body with a 50 or 90 minute revitalizing session. Working through dynamic movements, this session will help you build your awareness in your mind/body while also teaching yourself how to link your breath with movement. This class is for all levels and all bodies! Group all levels class Saturdays at 9am in our wellness studio located above the LUNCHEONETTE.
